Gary Dvorchak , , , Managing Director

Gary brings significant capital markets and media expertise to Blueshirt. Before joining Blueshirt from a competing IR firm, he had two decades of experience as a portfolio manager and analyst in the institutional investment management business. Gary co-founded an investment boutique that successfully IPOed a closed-end mutual fund (NYSE:FAV); was a portfolio manager on a long-short equity fund; and was a co-portfolio manager (covering technology) for an institutional small cap strategy with over $4 billion of AUM. Gary started his investment career in research at investment bank Hambrecht & Quist. From 2004 through 2014, Gary was a high profile contributor to Jim Cramer’s Real Money financial news website. Gary earned his MBA at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Before business school, Gary spent four years in the computer industry as a software developer and project manager. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Gary earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1996. Gary resides in Beijing, China.

Linlin “Julia” Qian , , , Managing Director

Julia is a passionate, entrepreneurial and visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in Global Financial Services. In her most recent role in Citi’s FinTech division, Julia was instrumental in supporting the development of the bank’s ‘National Digital Bank’ effort. Over the course of her 12-years of progressive leadership in Citi US and Citi Asia Pacific, her work was critical to the turn-around of the US consumer banking business. In Citi Asia Pacific, Julia developed new secured lending products. Julia has lived and worked in several countries (Singapore, HK, Japan, France, Australia and China) and has a diverse international career with several global corporates (GM, J&J, Dow and Citi). Her experience is complemented by strong academic and professional credentials that include an MBA, IMA, CPA. Julia earned her MBA from JiaoTong University in China. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting from Shanghai’s University of Finance and Economy. Julia is fluent in English and Mandarin, and is based in Blueshirt’s New York Office.

Ralph Fong , , , Director

Ralph joined Blueshirt Group in 2013 from JMP Securities where he worked as an equity research analyst in the Energy, Environmental & Industrial Technologies group. Prior to JMP, he held equity analyst positions at Passport Capital, Robert W. Baird, Stanford Group Company, Pacific Growth Equities LLC and Cowen & Company. Previously, he worked in the strategic marketing group at Applied Materials. Ralph holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from California State Polytechnic University.

Susie Wang brings to Blueshirt Group nearly a decade of experience in investor relations, banking and portfolio management. With work experience in the United States at JPMorgan Chase and Citi Bank, and in China at a rapidly growing venture capital firm, her global perspective and capital markets expertise informs her work in investor relations. Her experience was gained across a wide range of functions, such as proprietary equity trading, fund accounting and financial reporting. Most recently, Susie served as the Investor Relations manager for uCcommune (Beijing) Venture Investments Co., where she assisted portfolio companies in the IPO process. Susie earned a dual-major Bachelor of Science degree from Boston’s Northeastern University, majoring in Finance and Accounting. She is currently pursuing the CFA designation. Susie is fluent in English and Mandarin, and is based in Blueshirt’s Beijing office.
