Erica has
more than 15 years of experience in investor relations, corporate
finance, communications and financial analysis, with a strong emphasis
in technology, medical technology, and related services. Prior to
forming Blueshirt, Erica led the investor relations efforts for key
clients at Morgen-Walke Associates, and raised private equity as part of
the team at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. She has significant experience in
private sector accounting and corporate communications. Erica holds a
B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University.

Suzanne brings to Blueshirt more than 15 years of investor relations and
finance experience. She most recently ran her own investor relations
consulting practice with clients primarily in the semiconductor area.
Before founding her own practice, Suzanne was the director of investor
relations for Atmel Corporation (NASDAQ: ATML). Prior to her work with
Atmel, Suzanne was vice president at Morgen-Walke Associates where she
was responsible for the investor relations programs for a variety of
publicly traded technology companies. Suzanne's previous experience also
includes in-house investor relations at Wells Fargo & Company and
investment banking at Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc. Suzanne holds a B.S.
in Finance and Marketing as well as an MBA from the University of
California, Berkeley.

Chris has more than 15 years of investor relations and
technology
expertise. Prior to forming Blueshirt, Chris was a Principal at Morgen-Walke
Associates, one of the country's largest IR firms at the time where he
ran the West Coast office, a 30-person, $5 million operation, with more
than 40 clients. After graduating from Duke University, Chris spent two
years working in Europe and Asia before joining the IR profession at
Mallory Factor and The Equity Group in New York.

Todd brings more than twelve years of investor relations and corporate communications
experience to Blueshirt. Most recently he was Vice President, Corporate Communications
and Investor Relations at E.piphany Inc. Todd started his career at Scholastic
Inc., the children's book publisher and leading operator of children's book
clubs and book fairs. Upon moving to the west coast, Todd was instrumental in
growing Morgen-Walke's software and internet practice, working with clients
such as JD Edwards, Vantive, Excite, Infoseek and Business Objects. Todd earned
his B.S. in Communications Practices at Boston University.

Cynthia brings over ten years of Wall Street experience to Blueshirt, most recently serving as a sell-side equity analyst on a top-ranked Institutional Investor team at Citigroup. Her sector coverage included Enterprise Hardware, PC Hardware, Storage and IT Distribution. Prior to that, Cynthia was part of the Biotechnology equity research team at Robertson Stephens. Cynthia began her career at Recombinant Capital, where she provided consulting services on strategic alliances to universities, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. She graduated with a degree in International Relations from San Francisco State University.

Lisa brings more than 15
years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications and
on Wall Street to Blueshirt. Prior to joining Blueshirt, Lisa launched and led
the investor relations practice at Alexander Ogilvy Public Relations
where she managed teams in New York and San Francisco and led the
investor relations efforts for numerous IPOs, mergers, acquisitions and
corporate initiatives both domestically and internationally. Lisa has
worked with a wide range of technology companies in the semiconductor,
Internet and telecom sectors. Her previous experience includes managing
investor relations for technology companies while at Morgen-Walke
Associates and various marketing roles at Paine Webber. Lisa holds a
B.A. in Management from Pine Manor College.

Over a 12-year career, he contributed to the growth of Morgen-Walke Associates in New York and San Francisco, built his own successful IR firm, Brod & Schaffer, LLC, and was most recently an Associate Managing Director with Brainerd Communicators. He began his career with Citigate. Jonathan has been honored by PRSA with the Silver Anvil Award for excellence in investor relations. Alex brings nearly 20 years of investor relations, media relations and
corporate communications experience to Blueshirt. He spent his first years on
the west coast providing marketing communications counsel to emerging
Silicon Valley software startups. Alex then joined Morgen-Walke
Associates (MWA) and focused on media relations where he developed
strong relationships with key members of the local and national business
press. After moving from media to IR, Alex ran the largest group of
technology clients at MWA, combining his market expertise and corporate
positioning talents to run full-service investor relations programs for
leading and emerging technology companies. Alex has been a strategic
advisor during the IPOs of many Internet, software and communications
companies and has participated in several high-profile technology
transactions. Alex earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Mike is an experienced investor relations practitioner with a decade of experience working in the technology sector. Before the Blueshirt Group, Mike was Director, Investor Relations for Openwave Systems, a pioneer in the wireless data and IP communications sector. At Openwave he was responsible for all aspects of the company's investor relations activities and provided strategic counsel to the management team during periods of executive change, equity offerings and strategic reviews. Earlier, he led the investor relations department at Critical Path, an Internet messaging firm. Before entering corporate investor relations, Mike was an investor relations consultant at the Financial Relations Board/BSMG and Fitzgerald Communications. Mike earned his B.A. in Finance and Economics from Baldwin-Wallace College.

Prior to joining Blueshirt, she spent six years at Quest Software where she focused on corporate business development, shareholder relations and event management. Stacie manages client relationships, marketing activities and conferences. She is a graduate of California State University, Chico with a BA in Public Relations.

Gina has more than 15 years of global technology experience from Intel and Compaq in the areas of corporate communications, investor relations, treasury, M&A, and corporate business development. Prior to joining Blueshirt, Gina spent 13 years at Intel, most recently in the Digital Home Group and Intel Capital. While at Intel, she was instrumental in expanding investor relations programs and client relationships in the U.S. and Asia Pacific. Gina has extensive knowledge in semiconductors, PC and PC peripherals and consumer electronics. She earned a B.S. in management and marketing from Missouri State University and an MBA from Houston Baptist University.

Jennifer Jarman is a founding member of Blueshirt and has ten years' experience developing and implementing comprehensive investor relations programs for public companies in the Internet, digital media, software and telecom equipment sectors. Prior to joining Blueshirt, she spent over two years in the technology group at Morgen-Walke Associates, a New York-based investor relations firm. Before starting her career in IR, Jennifer lived in Brussels, Belgium where she worked for Network Operations Worldwide, an executive recruitment company, and The Wall Street Journal Europe. Jennifer graduated Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology from Tulane University.

Brinlea joined Blueshirt in October of 2001 in San Francisco, and transitioned to
our New York office in 2003. Prior to joining Blueshirt, she worked in institutional
sales at Robertson Stephens. Brinlea manages client relationships both in San
Francisco and New York, and also coordinates non-deal roadshows around the country.

relations consultant with Stapleton Communications and Sapphire Investor
Relations where she led and managed investor relations programs for a

Christy brings 10 years of investment banking experience to Blueshirt. Most recently,
Christy worked in the CSFB Technology Group where she focused on raising capital
for both private and public companies primarily in the software and Internet
sectors. Prior to CSFB, Christy worked at Bear Stearns in both San Francisco
and New York where she was a member of the Technology group. Christy has completed
over 10 initial public offerings, several merger transactions as well as debt/convertible
financings. Christy holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA
as well as a General Course Certificate from the London School of Economics
and a BA in Economics from UCSB.

Jeff brings nearly 20 years experience in public relations and marketing
communications, specializing in helping clients tailor their messaging
to targeted media. Jeff has worked with companies in a variety of
industries, from digital media and health care to semiconductors and
financial services, including such well-known brands as E*Trade,
National Semiconductor and Wells Fargo Bank. Jeff began his career with
Home Box Office in New York City and was senior vice president of
MacKenzie Communications, a San Francisco independent marketing
communications firm, prior to joining the Blueshirt team in 2006. He
holds a B.S. degree from SUNY Buffalo and an M.B.A. from George
Washington University.

Greg brings 15 years of public relations experience, primarily in financial
services and emerging technologies. From 1995 to 1999 and again from 2001 to
2003, Greg was a member of the Corporate Relations team for Visa USA, where
he directed national communications programs promoting consumer and commercial
payment cards, electronic commerce, smart cards and home banking. Throughout
his career, he has worked with most of the nation's top financial institutions,
including U.S. Bank, for which he managed a number of award-winning PR activities
in the early 1990s. Greg has also worked in the insurance industry, in which
he was vice president of public relations for online-insurance leader InsWeb
from 1999 to 2001. He earned a B.A. from the University of Puget Sound.
