FALL 2006 INVESTOR RELATIONS UPDATE

We are excited to announce that two of the most successful technology IPOs this year - Riverbed and DivX - have selected The Blueshirt Group to handle their investor relations work. Both Riverbed and DivX priced above their expected ranges and have each traded up significantly since the IPO. Additionally, we are very pleased to announce the formation of a group focused specifically on microcap stocks, led by a new and highly experienced addition to our team - Scott Wilson (see sidebar for more details).

NEW PROGRAM FOR MICROCAP COMPANIES

Blueshirt believes that microcap companies face a unique set of communications challenges that require focused, specialized and dedicated services. These companies appeal to a specific segment of the investment community and a different set of sell-side analysts. Whether a company is crafting a new strategic position, considering financial alternatives, moving from OTC to NASDAQ or re-engaging with the investment community, Blueshirt has had tangible and measurable success working with microcap companies. Based on our track record of success, we are introducing a new program specifically designed for microcap companies. This program will focus on providing the specific deliverables that we think microcap companies need to prosper in the marketplace. We are pleased to have Scott Wilson join Blueshirt to lead this initiative. With more than 15 years of IR and investment banking experience, Scott joins us most recently from SupportSoft, a $190 million market cap software company, where he was Senior Director of Investor Relations. Scott also established and led IR consulting practices for two leading PR firms, Edelman and The Horn Group, and brings investment banking experience from Montgomery Securities and Wells Fargo & Co. To learn more about Blueshirt's services for microcap companies, contact Scott at scott@blueshirtgroup.com or 415/489-2188.
